Are you experienced in healthcare or customer service? Do you enjoy a fastpaced role, working in a call center environment? Our client is currentlyhiring for medical schedulers, in Lafayette, Indiana. In this role you willbe scheduling patients for four hospitals. You will be entering patientdemographic information and working closely with surrounding physicianoffices. Previous experience in the medical field is preferred; however,candidates with two to five years of excellent customer service experiencewill also be considered. Medical Front office experience is highly desired.High attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must!The hours for this job are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Your job responsibilities include:
* Respond quickly and professionally to questions and concerns.* Assist patients and physicians with any questions they have regarding their appointment.* Provide timely and accurate follow up to telephone inquiries.* Accurately enter demographic and insurance information into computer system.* Ability to take 50-80 calls a day.

Your job qualifications include:
* Minimum two years of previous experience in customer service preferably in a health care setting.* Knowledge of Medical terminology preferred* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to type a minimum 40 words per minute.* Able to work in a fast paced and detail oriented environment.* Proven record of excellent attendance in previous positions.If you are interested in Medical Scheduling job in Lafayette, IN click applybelow.
